** New This Year**

Golf specific yoga. This 8 week program will include comprehensive stretching and strengthening. First 6 weeks will be led by certified yoga instructor, Kate from the pro-shop. The basis will be ensuring a successful start to the season, something that can be transferred into daily activities. The last 2 weeks of the March/ April classes will be a refresher with a golf professional on the driving range, teaching fundamentals of the full swing with proper yoga warm-up techniques. The yoga classes will be an hour in duration.
